Joanna Sellick is a painter who works in oils and mixed media. She draws inspiration from art, photographs, memories, conversations with her children, and her environment.

Predominantly preoccupied with figuration, Joanna paints from life as well as from her imagination.

She was raised in London and is based in the UK, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Textile Design from Central Saint Martin’s College of Art.

Alongside her studio practice, she continues to study part time at Heatherley’s School of Fine Art in London, and is a member of The Creativity Café founded by Perienne Christian.
